This is unironically good for him. His standard of living will be raised, as will the value of the apartment building he's been nesting in.

he can't remember what he was talking about after a sentence or two, gets agitated easily, and has incontinence problems. He probably meets the criteria for dementia. Long term I think that means a medicaid type nursing home, maybe something more secure if he fights the pysch ward people.
