The Gunt going kaputt would be mildly entertaining, but I am honestly of the opinion that after this he slurps his way back into his trailer and upholds the great Virginian tradition of being a pill-popper on welfare. Yes it's illegal, as with all things it varies slightly by state. But in VA it is illegal to furnish a minor with alcohol unless you are their parent/guardian AND they are in your private residence. I'm not sure if there are specific laws about underage drinking and consent, but VA states that if someone is significantly impaired they can't consent to intercoourse. All that said there's basically no way to prove this as it's all Fai Fai's hearsay. Unless mama gunt turns on ralph ofc....
