Even if you take everything this guy says at face value, it still doesn't prove Vic assaulted or raped little girls. This guy found Vic to be a jerk and that's fine. It is pretty clear that he has a bias against Vic for asking to have his fan video to be part of the DVD release. I think it is a bit funny that Vic's passion became overbearing to this guy. Vic was excited about his project and wanted the fans to see something he had done out of his love for Fullmetal. It just seems that Vic goes above and beyond and people hate him for that. I can see that Vic's work was denied since it's not official, but the man just wanted to share it. Can't fault him for that.
Well, Chupp wasn't worth looking into until after he Chupped up. I mean most of us kind of expected the judge would do his job and judge based on the law. Chupp didn't judge the TCPA properly and once we all witnessed that, we discovered that this fell in line with his track record. It's a stupid question. No one is going to know a judge's reputation by name unless the judge is very well known. Who the fuck heard of Chupp before this case?

The whole story is moronic. He somehow "tricked" him into loaning him a statue by saying "hey can I borrow that statue." It is the height of "pay attention to MEEEEEE this is about MEEEEEEE" even though he has literally no story at all. It's just utterly dumb bullshit. What a loser. This was probably the highlight of his sad life.

I'm not saying that weirdo's story isn't stupid. It is. But people have despised Vic over pettier things... Like having his name on the cover of a box when he wasn't even the main character...

What do I think? I think this guy is either an idiot (which is true) or he's trying to stir drama (which is also true). Nobody expected Chupp to rule the way he did - not ISVW, not KV, not KF, nobody. That's why everyone reacted the way they did - it's called "shock". There's also two other things a rational person does when something like this happens - it's called "research" and "changing our minds", two things this moron isn't willing to do.

Anyone who takes something that happens at DCon as serious is someone to suspect.
Because the only people actually paying attention to their surroundings are the people trying to date rape a conslut or twelve.

While I’ve heard that every convention has a crazy after party thing where people get drunk and/or laid (please tell me someone got action with someone in cosplay and everyone stayed in character while they banged), the only thing I’ve heard that caused Dragon Con to stand out from the rest is a former head being a convicted pedophile.
