Fucking unreal. Cops stopped a car, pulled the looter out, pulled out everything he looted, including his bag, then let the guy go. I guess they have zero resources to book people right now.



The black car you see driving away in the top left is the car they stopped. The stuff in the street are all the boxes and bags they pulled out of his back seat. They also tossed a few bigger bags off screen to the right.
