From people I've talked to that claim to know her (though I have my doubts, people love to gossip to me for some reason), her home life was less than stellar, lots of younger siblings and she was expected to parent them. Wasn't really parented herself while her parents were off having paranormal adventures and enjoying a life together at the expense of their eldest's childhood and didn't want to hear any bullshit about it. Explains why she left the first chance she got if true. Either way it's pretty common for a young woman to run away from home and try to recreate a family where everything is done the way she thinks it should have been done.

Even if it's a first offence, most people in his position would be doing 2 plus years in medium security prison, especially for attacking a female cop. The judge would come down harder than Ethan diving for a trash burger.

Dispatch was talking the other night on PPP's stream about how Ralph had charges on him for making illegal calls to phone sex lines/"sex phone" or something, admitted his guilt? He had multiple offenses aside from that in his history, it is strange that the judge wouldn't have punished a recidivist defendant at that point rather than go easy on him.

No, Cantwell has never been an actual Federal asset and never will be. Volunteering information or snitching for special considerations is not the same thing as becoming an actual informant, much less one that is remunerated for the information they provide. Ethan and Christopher might have checkered pasts and probably engage in shady activities, but it isn't like they are Nazi Low Rider dropouts who have meaningful knowledge about major criminal enterprises.
