Serious question, but how can you possibly love someone with no personality aside from their identity being that they have none?

What are her constants aside from smoking and asking for cheap trash to be purchased for her?
 
She usual gets a tat before bailing on her latest phase. So I'm guessing that was our short foray back into her Lil Peep phase.

It's been said before, but what do you want them to do? She's an adult, and not fucked up enough to be commited. They could kick her out, but that wouldn't help her since its a mental issue, not drug abuse. They could not give her money but then she gives herself sketchy stick and poke tattoos instead of getting safer better looking professional ones. Its a shitty situation all around.

I mostly agree with Jaded Optimist that there isn’t a whole lot her parents can do...but they definitely can do more in regards to discipline and guidance, if they would sack up and buy into the treatment plan her team has set up for her. Obviously they can’t force her to stop with the phase switches or even to leave social media for good, but it would be easy for them to do small things, like civilly refuse to be her photographers for her creepy ABD photo shoots or just distance themselves from her social media presence altogether, or maybe simple safety measures like say and enforce the rule “No tattoos or piercings while you live rent free here under our roof.“ I’m sorry but there is no excuse for them to sit back and let Abby self harm like this and just chalk it up to her being “ill”, she’s not dyeing her hair or giving herself shitty henna tattoos, she’s literally putting herself at risk for cellulitis, blood poisoning, etc, tattoo infections can be fucking scary. Her team is definitely going to give them a tongue lashing when they see her newest face addition, or maybe they’ve long given up hope and are just burnt out on their never ending enabling and unintentional sabotaging of their mentally ill daughter’s treatment.

All in all, as Jaded Optimist said, shitty situation all around. At this point just throw the whole adult away and hope the next time you adopt you get a normal push button kid.
 
Honestly it's not like she's ever going to do anything of substance with her life anyway. She's never going to get a job in corporate America or anywhere where a face tattoo would be a problem.

She'd die before she straightened up. Drugs or suicide, take your pick. Maybe a nice raging infection.

Cover your whole face in tattoos, Abby girl. You're too far down the rabbit hole to come back up again.

Agreed, but you took a sharpie dipped sewing needle to your face again, how is your mom supposed to react? Stop playing the “muh muh muh anxiety!!” card, which is most likely caused by your severely unchecked mania, not your mother being reasonably angry at you when you do stupid shit. Maybe if Kathy screamed at her more often, Abby might actually be discouraged from pulling stunts like this.
