I'm trying to figure out why he would trade down to Faith? Ade is much hotter. Is it just the compulsion to the age or maybe it's a control thing. He couldn't control Ade so he found a borderline retarded 17 yo about to turn 18 and went with that instead?

The going lore is that he fucked around on Nora all the time but she was an ocean away and either didn't know or couldn't catch him in the act. Some believe that Ade found out about him fucking around with Art Period and dumped him, but was graceful enough not to out him publicly for being a dick.

He may have never intended to make Faith anything more than his side piece, but after Ade left the abyss within himself grew too much to bear so he had to fill the hole somehow. And that's the story of how Faith got her very first plane ride!

Everybody needs to get this. Ralph doesn't misunderstand a single thing being said here, because that'd imply that an understanding of what his detractors are saying could even matter to him. He's a failed tabloid writer. All he's worried about is finding an angle that he can sell to his drooling low-IQ supporters.
