To clear up any confusion on how a transient living under bridges can collect his SSDI, you can have your disability checks direct deposited, so as long as his bank has Visa processed debit cards (and you'd have to intentionally seek one out that doesn't these days stateside tbh) all he needs to do is not lose his wallet.

Which is also probably why he's continually broke despite having stable income. Fatty just swipes his magic money card untill "Uh oh! Declined!" blindsides him, then repeats the process after the next check comes in. God help him if he ever learns you can ask your bank to allow "emergency" overdraws.
 
Man, those asspatters he has are something else. They've pretty much ignored the incident where ADF beat on his own disabled mother, stalked his ex-friends, and hit on underage girls at cons. Despite those incidents, ADF is a laughable individual who antics are like watching a bad reality show, but damn. Those fuckers are really fucking idiotic and obviously condone whatever bad behavior ADF gets into.

He looks like he had a stroke in that second picture. Phil is in the unenviable postion of having a face that's too feminine to look like a man, but too masculine to pass as a woman. Well unenviable in bizzaro commie tranny world.
 
He can get agreesive in meatspace; but he tends not to because whenever he does, he gets his arse whooped or gets shit on for punching people who can't defend themselves that well.

What I'm trying to say is that Phil is a massive bully who rightfully got spanked by his dad for being a shitstain in July of '97.
