My shop has a revolver and a .22. Nothing else, whether high, mid-, or low-tier. They have AR receivers and small parts, but not enough to assemble the whole thing. They're not selling ammo, either. They keeping it all for rentals, training, and CCW qualification. This is in a state where BLM, Antifa, and COVID barely exist. We're working very hard to keep the first two out, and we know the third is a hoax but we play along so as to avoid attention.
Hot take: Rapes are property damage.

Do the people who are in favor of just giving the riot zombies what they want realize that it won't just be petty thievery and maybe a rape or two? Do they know that they should kiss their pets goodbye because some in those crowds are going to torture and kill even the sweetest animals? Are they fond of any small children, because some in the crowd are going to want to use babies and toddlers as sex toys before kicking them around a bit, maybe killing them?

Have you checked in local pawn shops? I've been hearing that a couple of the ones close to me still have some cheaper handguns in stock but the prices are inflated, yet not to price gouging levels yet.

No, I need absolutely nothing. I could go to the range every weekend and it would take me a long time to get my stacks down to what normal people would consider reasonable. I just stop in to the local shops to bullshit with the guys and hear the latest local gossip. It is entertaining to hear tales of 1st time gun buyers coming in a panic and then getting all upset about the gun laws that they themselves likely supported before this shit started.
Good luck getting a permit now that all the city halls are shut down and only 1 troop is doing fingerprinting by appointment only.

The little ammo my guys get in never sees the sale floor. They call their long time customers to give them 1st chance and they always sell out.

It was the same with the child rapes in Powderhorn Park’s homeless encampments in Minneapolis. Nobody who gave supplies to the encampments made a peep about it. You have no idea how much people can be enthralled to something.
What this idea does is create an extended ego of a person and have the ego include people on their "team".
God forbid a nazi rape their children but if it's a hippie who chanted blm all day then it's no big deal.
The reason this extended ego wont let them say "no" is because that person is very emotionally invested in feeling good about being a good person and thus those included in their extended ego are also good. So seeing something to cause harm to them by someone included in their extended ego only gets you a blank meek stare at the ground and a shuffling of the feet. It's a matter of self esteem and self image.
Also for those wondering why the left likes to celebrate low lives like Floyd? It's a propaganda trick. They know well you are going say some cross things about a guy who did some awful things. Then they edited it and make it out that you hated him for his race. Its dishonest but that the crap they pull.

Saw my first BLM "protest" in my area today. There have been actual protests downtown, but none in the suburbs where I live. It was a "parade" of sorts where they blocked traffic, honked horns, revved engines, briefly shut down an intersection near the Target (of course, there's always a Target involved).
I was worried I might have to mow some people down if they were obstructing the road, but fortunately, they were just being mildly irritating and hanging out car windows with fists in the air. Generally acting like stupid young kids, but nothing too bad. That's what I get for choosing the store close to downtown. It was closest to my other errands, so I thought it would be quicker. Won't make that mistake again.
There were also a lot of antifa looking types of kids there, so it looks like the college kids are back for the Fall semester. Wasn't sure they were going to have in person classes, but it looks like they are. Things are probably going to get worse on the weekends with them back in town. Thank God I don't live in the city.
