Yeah, it’s been happening since the dawn of time, but it’s still a scam. These girls are con artists, much on the same level as those serial bigamists who date and marry elderly widows before draining their bank account and running off: Both maintain a fake persona and lead their victims on to get their guard downand gain access to their money. The only difference is that young single guys are funnier to laugh at than old widowed ladies, and are vastly less likely to realize they’ve been scammed, even after they’ve lost thousands.

I'll try to explain this.
Back in the day I played a mulitplayer game that required voice chat. Occasionally a OMG REAL GIRL would join. They fell into two camps:

- Ignore questions about being a girl or tell the asker to Shut up and play the game.
- "Teehee yes I'm a girl" to attract a clique of simps. Game play would be completely ruined as a bunch of flexing simps fall over themselves in an attempt to impress yon faire maiden.

Basically there are girls who are straight up larping because it gets them attention. They don't merely attract but actively cultivate and string along simps. This is agrivating because girls who do actually give a fuck about what they're streaming beyond the attention they get for it are overshadowed by over made up Morrocan ethots.

tl;dr:
The girls with the onlyfans accounts are upfront about what they are and aren't trying to ruin other communities.
twitch ethots should be burned at the stake, and their simp packs should be the cordwood.
 
I've never understood streamers, play the fucking game yourself with your own friends. Why are you watching some dork or thot play cod when you could just be doing that yourself. I get that there might be some funny moments, but they stream for hours and their funny momment compilations are like 10 min at best. Not a great ratio if you ask me. Also theres a disgusting culture of positivity that pervades twitch and is leaking into gaming in general.

As for pokamine in particular she just seems like a generic thot, a very tame one at that. Her simps are funny to laugh at, but arent they all?

FOR THE RECORD: The recent drama with Pokimane getting dogged on by the YouTube community, and poki's rapid and merciless copystrking/DMCA'ing everyone started with ItsAGundam. Also if a mod wants to update the OP with this info that would be fantastic. (Because if we're talking about recent drama this is the crux)

ItsAGundam made a video a few months ago, poking fun at pokimane's simps, and she went kind of apeshit. She sicced her simps on ItsAGundam and got him mass-reported to the point he lost a large sponsorship deal and also his Twitch channel was deleted due to simps reporting him for "harassment" that didn't even occur on Twitch. YouTube community came out in support of ItsAGundam, he gained tens of thousands of subs due to coverage, and Streisand effect occurred... Poki tried to back pedal but it was too late. Everyone is dogging her and she deserves it because she cost a much smaller commentary YouTuber a lot of money by being spiteful. She can't sic her simps on everyone, though, right?

The weird thing is, the Onlyfans girls are more honest than the Twitch thots. The Onlyfans girls will deliver nudes at least. The Twitch girls will make out to the moron simps they are pure and chaste, and then there will be some huge scandal because actually shes been fucking guys on the side/has a boyfriend and been misrepresenting themselves the entire time.
