Currently as it stands the dad does not have a case against anyone. Unless strong evidence comes out the worst that would happen to Ethan Ralph is the Judge morally shaming Ralph in court. I do not think the dad is going to do anything risky like going after the gunt physically either, the dad has young children at home it's doubtful he would throw all that away to go after Ralph. He will just wait for Faith to come to the realization that Ralph is a gross human and she will move back home sooner rather then later.
