If his daughter ran off to another state, and was ignoring his calls and making it had to contact her I can see him doing it out of desperation. He did mention that he knew she would watch the stream.
 
People being torn about this is the reason why the knowledge about the concept of "kayfabe" should be a necessity when engaging in autism of this magnitude.

He's probably desperate. From what the Tweets claim, it seems his daughter snuck out over night with a bag of clothes and disappeared. They probably didn't know where she went, let alone she left the fucking state. If its legitimate, it's pretty convincing atm.
