These people are such trash, God, if there is any justice, they'd all get dragged kicking and screaming back on appeals.

That's true but if ron cant prove it, it just shows that ron still cant be trusted and everything he spouts is a lie.
If ron lies about stan owing money, who's to say he didnt lie about everything else?

They're reaching incredibly hard for gotchas.

The room had a patio = Vic tried to raped Monica.
Vic did a play in Florida = Vic tried to rape Blankenship at a specific school.

And since KF debunking is “random shit on the on the Internet” to the defendants, they think they got the upper hand, especially if the KF stuff could be ruled inadmissible if it got to Ty somehow. I’m not a lawyer, but I think that’s how the defendants and Lemon Man would play it.

Because Ty could use Kiwi Farms research as a base to present that stuff as proper evidence, which the defense can't do shit about if he does.

People were literally sending that stuff to a email dropbox for BHBC to properly vet and prepare as evidence when the case gets past TCPA.
 
Was going through my compy and found my folder of master-level WW-related photoshops, video clips, screenshots, and so on. I laughed at my own jokes, so I thought I'd dump them all for others' enjoyment (?) as well. I know there was more than this; I think some of it got purged but this directory survived somehow.
