It's especially funny given that Ralph routinely stream snipes people, or at least he did when his show was more entertaining. I seem to remember several killstream eps where someone had gone after him for sniping and he whined about it hard.

It's unreasonable to expect someone to have the exact same morals, ethics, behavior etc...throughout their entire lives but some things should stay consistent. Ralph is just human jello, he flops and wobbles any old direction when he gets jiggled.
 
In the early days, most of his streams were streamsniping other people. I can't even begin to say how many hours were spent sniping baked, sargon, tonka, jeff, kraut, jim, etc.

Don't even think that far. There is no legal distinction between premium content and free content as far as the DMCA is concerned. Him splitting hairs over it shows how unlearned he is on the topic
