The second one is the situation that always gets me. Why TF does a job need to be accommodating to your sexual preference? That's NOT WHAT A JOB IS FOR FFS! All this leech means is that they want to be constantly affirmed at work, be able to prance about wearing clothes no woman would wear, being able to hit on all the female co-workers without them being able to say anything for fear THEY will be fired, etc., etc. It's ridiculous and should be a big RED FUCKING FLAG to any employer. DO NOT WANT!

I remember a video they showed us back in school about how companies have to accomodate people with disabilities (paralyzed, blind, deaf, etc.) and it was about even though someone has a disability they can still contribute and do work.
I wonder if by "accommodate" the trans mean something like that, like a wheel chair ramp for men in dresses

I assumed the issue was the autism. There’s a lot of autistic people who are not so disabled they live in a group home and work at a sheltered workshop, and yet who are disabled enough that they will struggle immensely with a regular job unless they are accommodated for, mainly due to social issues.

He should've just said that they needed to accommodate him for being autistic, not an "autistic transgender lesbian" which makes me think that he'll need to take a break every half hour to watch some anime.

I can maybe see accommodating someone for their LGBT status the same way you would accommodate someone by marital/disability status, in that you don't feel unsafe in your work environment because of them, but I don't think that would fall under "accommodation," rather, that'd probably be called "protection" or something.

They tried. A few years back there was a competition for the front cover and a ftm entered. Even with the backing of the troon brigade she made it through each round by the skin on her teeth. She lost (hard)to a actually body builder but her and several runner ups where put on a cover together as a consolation prize. This was a not too long after Jenner's Vogue cover.
