Well the brow and chin are definitely masculine, there's no denying that. The potato face doesn't work in his favor neither does his mouth and teeth. Although that might just be the fake looking smile in the second picture. With a little work, maybe the eyes could be seen as being a little more girly but there's really nothing overtly feminine about his features.

My guess is Tranny Hitler is seeing what it is he wants to see. And since he's trying to convince himself that he's actually a she, then this is what he's going to see.

If Phil is in fact autistic (I forget whether he actually is or not), it could be that (like a fair number of autistic/Aspergian people) he doesn't naturally know how to make certain facial expressions. I, for example, am shit at smiling simply because I don't naturally emote with my face very much - a more simple (but sad) way to put it is that he simply might not know how to smile.
 
You know when Phil was in California (originally not when he is faking it of late) was he ever in contact with Critical Mass the cycling activist group? or God forbid their nudist contingent Critical Ass? I know full well he can't ride but I wouldn't put it past him trying to get involved in some way.

That can be true to some degree, but you can also learn to actually use expressions as well. It's not naturally ingrained, and it gets... not exponentially so, but incrementally harder depending on severity; but you can learn to use a lot of body language.

It's just as likely they want to limit bathroom access to paying customers and not have smelly bums making their place of business malodorous and unpleasant for people actually buying things.

Exactly. Because ADF is homeless, all transgendered people are homeless. Just as everyone in Virginia is incredibly mean and paranoid.

Good point. Someone a while back mentioned that this helps also keep property values from spiking downwards and saves money, since our homeless population tends to legit ruin things they use. Like you provide a public restroom for them, they'll figuratively and literally shit it up because. The Red & Black kind of demonstrates that based on Yelp! and the fact that one of 'em OD'd on the toilet.
 
Hooves, if you had an intersex condition, doctors would have noticed it before now. Also, you wouldn't have constant stubblechin or androgen pattern baldness.

He had some sort of prison fetish, IIRC. Had something to do with his BDSM Yaoi paddle thing, I think. I remember seeing some of his drawings depicting his OC's in prison jumpers and sitting on prison cots while smiling and holding hands.
