This is an excuse a lot of his supporters use and the general consensus among them is that " If he didn't get arrested for it, it didn't happen. "
What happened in 2007 wasn't something he got arrested for (but he should've) and the next arrest wouldn't happen until Sept / Oct of 2019. Most people who had been publicly supporting Daniel have since put some distance between him but I doubt it's a genuine effort.

This went on until something made them stop after the Kero/SnakeThing zoo crew leaks.
Pawcon showed up in Cecil McFly's "Don't Mess With Dogs: A Zoosadist Story Part 2" video at around 1:22:48.
It uses this story about the zoo crew and pedozoo Tane.
Tane mentioned Pawcon in the zoo crew chats in 2017.
Pawcon had Growly on staff and Tane went there too. Tane's partner Leko Light was also on staff for Pawcon.
The story used in Cecil's video has Telegram archives. They have messages showing Pawcon's staff knew Tane was in the zoo crew and excused it without giving receipts.
Pawcon also had Sangie there a year after the zoo crew leaks, in late 2019 after they stopped having Growly.
It even got a little call out.

Growly, Sangie, and Tane made 3 pedos on staff and knowingly welcome to what they called "a lil tiny con".
Pawcon in 2018 had a chair person that Cecil McFly's video mentions. He is named Laveur and came up here and here (with connections about Sangie and the Defcon Furs group that had Tane).
Laveur is a cub porn lover who favorites zoophilia and pedophilia on F-list. That's who was having Growly, Sangie and Tane at the same con.
So in 2017-2019 Pawcon knew about some of this but only got rid of Growly after a while. Tane and Sangie are still welcome.
But not quite by all of them.
The same Telegram channels show this from 2019:
Pawcon's public safety lead resigned, and Defcon Furs repudiated Tane.
The public safety lead was Steve, a leader of Defcon Furs.
So in 2019 a year after the zoo crew leaks:
Growly was removed
Internal problems lost Public Safety staff
Other staff are pedo/zoo
Sangie and Tane were welcome
The channel shows staff let minors get in where they shouldn't.
For a lil tiny con that's a lot of drama.
