Does anyone here remember @Romeo Rose? He would also frequently lie about travel, as well as filing lawsuits. The former because he thought it made him look good, the latter just to see if he could stir shit up. It didn't work in either case, just made him look even more pathetic.
Likewise, Melinda here is pretending to be in Colorado, and vaguely mentioning another lawsuit.
Why she is doing this remains to be seen, but I have some guesses.
Maybe she thinks pretending to be in Colorado will make her look less boring. Maybe she thinks that pretending that she's not home will prevent further intervention or investigation by CPS into the safety and well-being of her offspring.
As for the latter, I think the lawsuit and dox posturing is the same as usual. Desperately trying to look intimidating, or like she knows something we don't.
Doubtless she knows many things that we don't, like how many times Marshall has smacked her kids around, but as far as dox goes, or filing a successful lawsuit against KF, she has proven many times to not know shit.
In the end, the lies and posturings are completely transparent, just like Romeo's, and similarly only leave her looking foolish.

She never answers. She doesn't have a clue who any of us are. I think last time she said she had a PI working for her. It just gets more droll every time she does it. All she really did this time was imply that someone here should hire a lawyer. So ominous. We all should be shaking in our flip flops.
 
Melinda doesn't have enough money to feed, clothe, and house her children without copious financial help from both the government and private charities, both of whom she considers evil. She doesn't have a private investigator. The very notion is laughable.

I think the CPS investigation is going poorly, so Melinda is throwing around legal threats both at us and at CPS as an intimidation technique. It fails, of course. Melinda has no idea who we are, and CPS certainly won't be scared by another lawsuit that will invariably be dismissed for failure to state a cause of action, a basic legal error Melinda repeats over and over again.

I've only sued Wise Co DSS once before. So, no. Haven't made the same mistakes suing them.

I only sued Joshua Moon twice before. Learn what an appeal and transfer are.

My first mistake was not including every fact in my pleading. My second mistake was not stating directly that Joshua Moon did not qualify for immunity.

Think I made those mistakes this time?

So why do you feel free to speak on behalf of a government agency?

I wouldn't have a 75% success rate in state court if I didn't know how to state a cause of action.

Yes, I've struggled to prevail in big federal courts but I learned a lot along the way.

Underestimate me all you want. I didn't make the same error twice.
