That may be accurate for some goons, but the majority I've seen in discords say things like:
"I have nowhere else to go!"
"I BELONG on SA!"
"I've been posting on SA for x years, where else will I go?!"

This is why some of them get so offended at being probed as well. They can't wait 6 hours to post, how can they fight CHUDS without posting?! They're addicted and terminally online. It has nothing to do with SA at all, they've just adhered to SA with a false sense of superiority.

It's more than just enjoying the site, it's a part of their identity now, and this is the sort of crowd that really obsesses over and navelgazes about their identity. "SA goon" is a part of them and they get angry about it being challenged.
It's like the difference between someone who watches the odd anime and someone who calls themselves an otaku, or someone who plays video games and someone who calls themselves a gamer. It's a part of who they are, in place of a personality or sense of self.

You’re betting a lot on the site and presumably a SA Patreon being marketable after this. And that’s assuming Richard doesn’t stick you with any business debts or actually sells.
My prediction is that Richard rides this out to see if he can spin it and still profit, finds out he can’t so sells the site with the debts and the SA goes under in less than a year.

My guess is that there's probably some decent money hiding there.

SA paid for itself for it's entire existence (even including the down times) and Lowtax, until recently, was making at least $140,000 a year for doing literally nothing.

Jeff (if he's smart) might be trying to make the ResetERA move - make an easy forum with a pre-installed userbase, get it to a point where it moderates itself, and then milk it for cash. If he maintains the minimum effort (which in SA's case is simply "do not beat all of your wives and girlfriends for 20 years") and hides the totals, he can start stacking paper.

Lowtax is a literal wife-beating, unlikable, pillhead and he still made - even at the worst of times - $140,000/year from SA - imagine what someone who isn't a complete drooling retard could milk them for.

It is a problem with everyone since forever, and it effects both genders. The difference is that if you are male, you learn consequences for your delusions (and even then the speed and clarity of you learning that lesson as dropped off). Not all girls learn this lesson. Logan has been coddled by society and her parents and taught any negative consequences to her actions are the fault of society and patriarchy as she is a beautiful, strong, and brave woman who can do no wrong.

You can find plenty of men males at or near Logan's level of psychopathy, but as they don't have entire segments on the evening news explaining how nothing bad that happens to them is their fault (the guys have to go find youtubers and podcasts for that) they have at least some awareness of others and that actions have long term consequences.

You watch, this crazy shit being sent out by Logan is going to be the beginning of Lowtax's redemption arc and he's going to become a regular memeber of the Dick Show's rogues gallery just like Chris the Kiwi, Vito or Crippled Jesus.

What if this was part of the rebranding strategy all along? Create entertaining internet drama and milk it? That's basically what the Dick Show is.
