But shes still a human being and absolutely capable of being kind of a shit person, lying and manipulating and shit. She seemed pretty proud of basically rebelling at her Mormon upbringing and 'breaking the rules': bragging about her sex life on facebook, her coke use, and being smug about having an affair with Lowtax and insulting Ashli and shit.

That said I absolutely believe this is something that has been going on back and forth from like 2 months after they were together once the "Holy shit I got a new girlfriend this is the greatest shit ever" shit wore off and they got bored, but it didnt come to a head until recently because each of them was masking it with drugs and alcohol and shit.

You put two emotionally and mentally unstable people together and they just amplify each other's behavior. But this shit ends up that way because most everyone else doesnt want to be around and deal with someone emotionally or mentally unstable, at least long term.

Honestly probably the number 1 thing he could learn from this is to learn from Logan what BPD medicine she's taking and get on those instead instead of ambien and box wine.


Like a dozen pages back in this thread, somebody was quoting an image of a goon post where the goon compared the Goldbelly cheesecake on their website, saying it was "from Junior's" or something, and it was $60 on their site, and then the goon posted an image of the same cheesecake on "Junior's" website and it was about $10. So no, I dont think it was that great and I have no idea how that business exists outside of everything being marked up 50 billion percent.

I think Lowtax committed the high crime of ignoring or getting bored with Logan. She was stuck in Missouri and only had him to give her attention. Once the excitement wore off and the day to day living set in, things soured. He starts to be shitty and ignore her for long periods. He doesn’t take her business woman plans for SA seriously, isn‘t paying her either. She starts to get angry and resentful. He ignores her even more. Mix in some booze and drugs.

Fighting is better than being ignored. Nothing is worse to BPD than being ignored, so she starts picking fights and pushing his buttons - anything to get a reaction. This escalates into someone getting physical and the other responding in kind. Lots of screaming, he tells her to GTfO, it’s over. Cops get called. Repeat, rinse.

I think his taste in women follows his mental decline and ego. Megan was not a goon. I remember being shocked Lowtax was married to a woman hosting bible studies. Megan had next to no SA participation on the forums.

A decade later he gets his next wife, who wasn’t a goon but was friends with one. She probably thought Lowtax a cool tech guy. She joined SA and did try to be part of SA and posted on the forums for awhile.

By Logan he is actively using his fading e-fame to flirt online with goon girls. He stumbles into a young blonde who thinks he’s so cool!!! He basically found his biggest fan under 30 that he would like to fuck and working at SA is her dream job too!!! What could possibly go wrong.

(The entire premise of Gold Belly seems to be getting specialty foods delivered from restaurants not in your city. The recipe for those $60 cookies was published long ago in the NYT and is easily found online. They just happen to take actual effort to make and why bother when goons were giving him $8k a month.)

I wonder how long the lease is for on that fancy new car he got?
 
Lowtax wouldn’t sell his forum to goons because he hates them. I bet he will try selling it to some conglomerate, but if he does it before the divorce he’ll have to share the profit. Goons talk about leaving but most won’t, because its not possible to set up the perfect posting paradise they feel entitled to.

Maplewife made dumb life choices and is paying for them. I feel the basic human empathy I feel for anyone in a bad spot, but its tempered by the fact she's the person who put herself there.

Logan knew Lowtax was married and allowed herself to be persued. She's got mental issues and substance abuse issues. She didn't deserve Lowtax to happen her, but it was he own choices she made as an adult.

The kids didn't have any say or choice in being brought into the orbit of a worthless pill-headed goof troop.

While many of you are thinking Lowtax is looking at GBS with Logan's account, nah. It's probably her. She still hasn't cut him out of her friendlist on Facebook. She's still in that weird orbit that abuse victims reside in, I figure. She'll be stuck there for a bit. People don't get over that, overnight.
 
You also have to remember Lowtax's ego would never let him browse the forums as someone other then himself. For years goons asked him to make a alt account to see what the forums are like without people kissing his ass/shitting on him and he just wouldn't do it.

He is alternating between quietly reading his own forums and this thread, trying to figure out how he can make it all go away, and drinking copious box wine and xannies to alleviate the terror. One odd little thing that might factor into that, I was an 02 and when I reg'ed I saw something at SA I had never seen before on any other forum, post-histories, and post histories meant a lot. They loved calling people out for theirs and treating their own as their sjw-resume.

I haven't been to the forums in years but I know for sure they're still like this and I know pretty well for sure this type of faggot behavior on reddit came from sa.

To me, I can see many individual goons willing to make the sacrifice for the greater good of paying the abuser for his forums to protect that resume and a good majority of them seeing it as collectively protecting their collective sjw resume for when the revolution comes and they need to present evidence they be part of the intelligentsia.

edit: and if a backup exists that they have access to, that doesn't count because the resume needs to be continuing and ever-evolving at their internet home.
