They are conveniently forgetting we were supporting Ashlii because she was being trashed and abused by Lowtax and Logan.

We also rightly pointed out the only innocent victims were his kids. The adults in this situation are a mess of terrible decisions.

KF warned Logan she was going to be shit on, abused and discarded by Lowtax. Being Lowtax latest abused lady doesn’t change the fact she acted terribly and called Lowtax’s wife a cunt and actively taunted her for months.

Isn't she the COO? Why does she love her boss? How is this a domestic dispute when they just have a business relationship? Does beating your employees carry a heavier penalty than your girlfriends? Is Lowtax in the county jail and that's why he's been eerily silent all day?
 
It's very common for abusers to force their victims to publicly recant after the abuse allegations go public.

Lowtax, and by extension Logan, have an incredibly strong financial, reputational and career interest in making this go away.

It means that besides getting smacked around - she took on Something Awful as a client, which at the time was a low-effort enterprise generating at least $120,000 a year and during her tenure has

- Slept with the owner/CEO and publicly badmouthed his ex-wife during divorce proceedings, while the ex-wife was in a battered women's shleter.
- Destroyed SA and Lowtax's reputation.
- Obliterated any cohesion or morale his volunteer staff had.
- Reduced profits by at least $84,000 a year, nearly cutting them to 30% of what they once were. The actual number is still dropping.

Oh @Lowtax - you said you weren't going to pay this girl but oh boy did it fucking cost you. She did quite a rebrand for you too - "the place run by the pillhead who beats women" will be a great magnet to advertisers in these remarkably sensitive times.

THIS exactly. I have zero doubt that Lowtax is an abusive piece of shit addict who is capable of hitting women and may well have hit Bogan, but that was the most amateur fucking performance I could have ever imagined. This girl is not scared or distraught, she is seething with an inner rage and insanity and is looking to utterly destroy Lowtax and SA, all the while playing the innocent flower who wouldn't wish an ounce of harm on either. It's a game. The constant switcharoos muddy the waters, admitting herself a liar, sick. is supposed to buy sympathy, make people unsure of what they ought to think.
 
Logan should really figure out that anything else she does today, just about anything at all on social media, is only going to have the same effect as a snare on a struggling wild rabbit.

She is probably just really confused. All the normal identity confusion and emotion of a break up is amplified when you're also losing your "dream job" and are fresh off of a scary experience. She had a vision for what her life was going to be like in the next couple of years that was optimistic and now what is there? Nothing from what she imagined. People struggle desperately against the truth when it points them towards something devastating, they search for some way to undo it via narrative. Time helps people come to terms with whatever they are facing, generally.

She could make sense. I don't even know if she is simply lying to herself for personal reasons (like not wanting to be seen as a victim of violence) or if she is making stuff up based on external pressure, but either way these lies aren't well constructed and conflict with the things we do know.
