And KF was nice enough to answer him, even if imho an incomplete DMCA notice is after all just an e-mail and nothing more, even if it calls itself "DMCA Complaint". You *can* file DMCAs without a lawyer, but you really do need one to back up your threat if you are not certain the site will take the alleged copyrighted contents down.

The main issue is, he did not follow the correct format, and he did not swear correct the contents of the notice under perjury.
