Botswana is a notable relative non-craphole, but it's largely because they had a great first leader (so many countries were completely screwed over by bad/weak first leaders).

Namibia is relatively fine as well - but both of those countries are relatively unpopulated and thereby easier to govern.

Not gonna lie, this genuinely upsets me. He probably won't get the proper recognition because to do so would be to admit that all the worthless celebrities and corporations who blindly supported the riots were wrong not to expect more humanity from people. To them, he's a black life that doesn't matter. I just hope that his murderer is caught and brought to justice, at least for his family.

Interesting. I guess this is one of the reasons why we don't really have a lot of people from those countries here. I usually only hear about Nigerians and Ethiopians.

An 88 IQ is pretty average. Lower end of average, but still: they diverge from average as much as the average bachelor graduate does.
"Mentally challenged" is under 70 IQ, and even then it's just a mild impairment and you can be pretty functional. People with Down syndrome are in the 50 to 60 IQ range, to give you a comparison.

Maybe I'm taking you too literally and I need to go to bed.
