I live in a suburb and have noticed multiple non-BLM protests pop up with varying starting places in other suburbs (Mall, Court House, City Hall, Etc.) and getting flack for being started by white people instead of blacks. Then after a while blacktivists shame them into cancelling but people still are showing up to the areas. Social media chock full of people literally pointing at white neighborhoods and saying they deserve to be looted.

I agree that no-knock warrants are a cancer, and that pursuing minor possession crimes is unnecessary.

But a lot of the other stuff is a bit silly:

1) "no protection or privilege [...]": Cops are allowed to do things that others usually aren't (searches, arrests, ...), so the justice system must reflect this and not criminalize cops for doing their jobs (unless they fuck up).

3) "secure their own malpractice insurance": This would effectively constitute a pay cut for all cops.
It's hard enough to find good recruits as it is... Do you really think things will improve if police departments have to lower standards in order to fill their ranks?

5) "Juries must reflect the racial and cultural background": Weird and unworkable. How would you objectively measure "racial and cultural background"? e.g. think of mix-raced people. Or a conservative redneck in a liberal city - is that a distinct cultural background?

6) "Prosecutors must stop striving [...]": That's like declaring "It must stop raining on Sundays." A wish, not a policy proposal. How will you achieve it? The entire adversarial justice system is designed so that it's the prosecutors job to get a conviction. It's why there are also defense lawyers, judges, and juries involved to counterbalance the prosecutors.
