He isn't french, before he nuked his channel (it has literally no videos viewable on his channel "Carl iii") I found a stream of him talking without a shitty accent. I assume because he got caught too many times he is now hiding his shit, his social media also seems to not exist either anymore. I think he went DFE after he got caught trying to start shit for his shitty youtube channel. His last stream seems to be merely set to private, so he is merely hiding right now.
