Women having a fetish for being pregnant isn't unhead of, but it's usually from younger women with no real experience with pregnancy, and most of them understand that they don't actually want a baby and just enjoy the fantasy. But if you're crying because you can't live out a fetish that you're biologically incapable of? Then it seems you might have some issues...

I mean.. It's a highly celebrated and normal thing. To walk around carrying the seed of a man inside you as it swells and develops. Grandmas cry for you, mothers want to touch your belly, men celebrate your Chad partner who has all these women celebrating the fact you nutted inside a woman.

There's probably also some dominance thing tied to it. Becoming worth more than any other category of person. "Women and children first", but what about children within women? That’s not a fetish. There is no sexual aspect to imagining your own future which will likely include being a mother.
