Blacks are unemployed, probably drug dealers at the bottom of the rung of the social ladder, of course some of them are gonna be looters. Talking about them is just the distraction, just a trap.

It sucks Shells got looted/burned, that place had some of the best seafood in Tampa. I remember going there as a treat for clams & scallops when I was a kid.
