This is blowing up in so many cities so quickly Trump may have to call an emergency session of congress to request a formal suspension of habeus corpus and posse comitatus and allocate funding for a general mobilization. The insurrection act let's him respond to isolated incidents but if this shit goes nationwide a few MP companies are not going to cut the mustard. Not one of these big city Mayors is willing to do what is necessary to maintain order. Not one.
