very unlikely to happen. it hasn't been used to control any modern rioting. because of the constitution we have a right to be free basically and martial law imprisons people in their homes until order is restored. it would open the state up to being sued and challenged for years to come. it should really only be used in 'we are ALL about to die' situations.

All kinds of backwards ass commentary, from "Lead with love, not anger" in front of burning buildings to the camera man declaring they've cut gas lines to make buildings blow up. What the FUCK. And all because they want the cops brought to justice the fucking cops got fired and investigations were just barely underway.
