As for the distinction between the two... yeah, I think they're both linked. If you're healthy and you have a dick, you're a man. If you're healthy and you have a vagina, you're a woman. But I'm also interested in seeing what happens when something biological breaks and they become un-linked, when someone is unhealthy. That's when you get those wonderful mental conditions SJWs just love to claim they have... usually for clout or as a shield for their fetishes.
