I think a lot of people probably feel that way immediately following their first breakup.

I'm not saying this in a deliberate attempt to patronize or insult you, but I really feel sorry for you-- that's my main reaction when I come back to this thread. The reality is that women are human beings like men, and it's got to be injuring the way you experience life to be locked in such a negative preoccupation with women. It can take an incredible amount of will and time to break out of these sorts of habits of thought.

I, myself, have attitudes I would like to change, and it's painful to see someone else who is stuck in a damaging rut but who isn't even trying to work their way out of it. Sometimes one is misanthropic (or misogynistic) because it's a way to avoid confronting more discomforting things.

Yes but this assumes we are a logical audience where countless times you have concluded that we aren't. The logical thing to do in this situation is incorporate our emotional responses into your reactions to better achieve your goal and prove your point. At this point not considering the emotions of others is in fact illogical.

Sorry, but, yeah, all of this is patronizing bs. My first breakup was unlike 99.99 of other first break-ups in many, many ways.

I never said that women aren't human beings- so saying they are is just an empty phrase. Being human doesn't make you automatically rational or sane.

Your claims that I could solve my problems by changing my thinking or your veiled assertion that I'm wrong about everything because so are just offensive and silly.

yes, i can understand that, but i just don't think i'll achieve anything by saying what book i read or some shit. the correct way to implement your emotional responses into my reactions would be to not post at all, since around 9/10 of the posters here are brainwashed lunatics of various kinds.
