Roach memes aside - does anyone else get the feeling we're watching the final season, or at least the beginning of the end?

I think we should take a moment and be thankful for the lols we get to enjoy right now.
Depending on how this Bankruptcy goes we could see a sharp turn right into the Depression/Suicide Ark or Phill will come out of it still too proud to admit he's lost anything is possible.

I have no doubt that "meds are en route" mean Khet did the big boy work and went to the pharmacy, had the scrip filled, and brought it home to baby Dave. If there was even a prescription and it wasn't Khet just bringing home some ear wash kit.

If it wasn't AtK he'd probably have the stream.

But 3 hours of talking without gameplay to hide behind is too much for Phil immediately after drama.

The 431 call was something he can handwave as 'adult things' but a semi-popular streamer doing 5 hours of "this is why Phil is a cow" is too much self reflection.

Especially when they showed the incident and reeeemergency clips.

AtK was scheduled for Thursday - he's considering preemptively pushing it back if/because he takes Wednesday off as well. Didn't he also take the day off after his 341?
EDIT: he didn't, my memory betrays me

The thought of Phil killing another bottle of gin while witnessing a near 4,000 people watch him jackin it on stream is truly a beautiful thing.

My ask the king assumption is he doesn't want people cheering and tipping for 3 hours about the rekeita stream.

He probably hopes in a week it'll blow over.

Yup. He knows how bad that stream was for him. It was worse because he essentially "caught up" with what Rackets has talked about on Dave's stuff. Knowing that an actual Lawyer was reviewing his shit publicly for everyone to enjoy, he probably doesn't know how to say "THAT NICK DOOD IS WRONG DOOD!!!" without being BTFO by his own fanbase. Hes stuck having to hope people will just forget :story:

Nick unironically BTFOd him and didnt even mean too lol

What a miracle... Will there be a late stream?

I'll be ahnest with you guys, I was really disappointed to miss yesterday's stream as I know you all wanted to keep the vest streak going. Truth of the matter is, that medication was expensive and it was money I couldn't afford to spend. So I was thinking we should set the vest goal at $200 for this stream. I mean, it would be a real shame if you couldn't contribute enough and the streak has to end, especially with all the bad luck I've been having recently.
It's not like any you ladies and gentleman like me watch wrestling and know some of the biggest moments in wrestling come from broken streaks, I mean I would rather have been there when Undertaker beat some schmuck who was out of the main event picture or a part timer than say when the streak was broken by Brock Lesnar I don't know about you guys.

"So, guys, I'm totally aware that some so-called YouTube 'lawyer' did a stream with me as the subject and I also heard, that, uhhh... he had other detractors be part of his stream so ANY mention of this stream or questions about it will result in a ban. Ladies and gentleman, I'm very well aware that, every day, there are thousands of mentally ill shitheads and humans pieces of shit who defame me, insult me, and say other nasty things about me to get their cheap views on YouTube and I don't care!"

Again: this isn't the first time someone has covered Dark in a negative light or did a stream about him. People way bigger than Nick have gone down that road and barely ever got a mention from Phil about it. I really don't think Phil cared that much about the Rekieta stream nor is this ear infection an excuse to dodge questions about the Monday stream. Like everything else that doesn't fit his narrative, he'll either ignore it or ban people who make a mention of it.

I usually disregard it when people attack Phil's health and appearance because, and I might just be stereotyping or something, about a third or more of American population is just as fucked as Phil (or at least it seems that way?). But this... WTF is this???? I can't even fathom to comprehend this...

Agreed. Nick's not that big of a deal tbh. He's only really known in this community and anime weirdos. Phil's been dissed by lots of people more prominent than him.
I agree with you guys to an extent. But Nick may be a more perfect storm of things Phil hates than the 341 meeting was:

- Phil streamed after the 341 meeting, but he hadn't mentioned it at all prior to that, so could just act oblivious - he talked to Nick on Twitter so it's clear he knows this time. This also wasn't nearly as neutral as the hearing - there's no way this was 'positive'.
- Nick is popular with the anime/anti-SJW crowds. That probably has some overlaps with Phil's own audience and more likely watched it than the hearing; some of his more neutral chat may have been redpilled out of the pignosis, or see this as a good chance to take some shots at the pig.
- Nick spent a good amount of time on it, meaning that while he is not big, he may well have just pointed a good collection of fresh autist trolls towards Phil's chat. This is a little more scathing than Pewds making a throwaway joke.
- Nick is, fundamentally, a bad target for Phil right now. Phil can shit on him as a content creator (as he does with the other people who have shit on him), but the 'lawyer' thing is a problem. Phil could only attack that by putting it in quotes, but Nick's education is problematic in terms of Phil's statements about the bankruptcy and copyright. After years of shitting on people for not understanding the law and talking out of his ass, a lawyer probably seems pretty inconvenient.
- Unlike some others that have shit on Phil, Nick immediately offered Phil a chance to have his say. Phil now also needs to also deal with his fans insisting he should go on and stand his ground and debunk the detractor lawyer man, because Phil is so correct and anti-bullshit. He already had to throw Rochelle out as a shield and claim that she told him not to engage, so he won't (implication being that he totally would have otherwise, right?).
- Following the mod leaks, Phil is now down a mod and the others seem to have backed away from him a little, so he has very little backup.
- I believe Phil almost used his 'allergies' to call in sick when the Champions shitstorm really ramped up, but probably reasoned that'd be far too suspicious. This finally got him.
- A lot of what was discussed on the stream was exactly the stuff Phil pathetically tried to 'debunk', and now the legitimacy is renewed and more people are in on the memes.
- Phil himself puts a lot of weight into these kind of interviews - he thought his interview with The Quartering was going to bring a massive influx of positive new viewers. It stands to reason he sees this as a negative issue on a similar scale - probably more since Nick is less of a meme than The Quartering.

The Nick stream isn't going to end Phil at all, but it's exactly the kind of barrage on his ego that upsets Phil, fires up exactly the kind of trolls that get under his skin, and he was probably too pissy to trust himself to deal with it in any way that wasn't going to exacerbate things.
