I get annoyed enough when someone in my family opens or looks at my mail without my permission. If I found out a neighbor like Staph opened my mail I'd be livid. Whoever said that she was probably thinking of stealing whatever was in the package was most likely correct. That or she has no impulse control (and considering how often she'll talk about her fetishes and shit it's plausible). She admitted herself that she decided to just open it. I get mail addressed to the previous homeowners and forward it all the time. Mix ups happen. If it happens too often just complain the post office and, I don't know, don't fucking open mail that's not yours.
