My favorite part was the end. Where Jamie was in the background clearly wacking off while wearing his headphones to politely listen to porn while dear Sara made him some heart attack soup.
 
The best thing about this cow is the video where someone dubbed over it with a man's voice calling herself Beefneck Mcgillicutty. I laughed so hard I nearly threw up. Beefneck is truly the perfect name for this woman. She has more neck than head.

Then you definitely should go back to some of her streams, where she uses a Tupperware container that COOKS MEAT IN THE MICROWAVE. I swear she had to put some shit in there for 40 minutes.

I never understood why someone does a fake voice over the top when the real voice and dialogue that goes with the video is funnier and is delivered with a funnier accent.

Yes, she has. It's been discussed over on Voat, although I haven't been there in over a year.

And RE: Sara's pneumonia... she had to be airlifted to a hospital that (by her own admission) had only TWO FUCKING BEDS equipped to deal with her fat ass. I'm sure her doctor has censured her up, down, sideways, and diagonally for being non-compliant, in denial about her health, and a waste of valuable resources. And after all that, she got fucking BIGGER.

With the amount of food she has to buy weekly. I am surprised she hasn’t contracted COVID, and gotten another flight to the obeast sized bed that lets her breath without her fat getting in the way.
 
I swear to God, Sara's losing it. And fast!


Why go to all this work to make a hugely fattening, probably miserable tasting, chicken sandwich?

 
Imagine you put a whole jar of mayonnaise in a mass of tomatoes and crackers and then call it "salad" while you can hardly breathe. This is just Sara in a nutshell.
