I always assume that shitty e-celebs inevitably get connected to whales within their fethish. Drama whores like Paul can't do what they do without financing for so long. I actually had the same thought. He lived in San Fran so he certainly could find some rich sissy pain fetishist who would get off on something uber-weird like paying for a new mangina so the could “own it.” The fact Paulo was crowing about being impatient to be doubled penetrated just weeks after his first dick inversion points to something like this.

My guess is the eye tattoos. There are plenty of pictures showing why it's a terrible idea, and even when done properly (least badly) your vision still is affected.

Kinda shocked he's not excited he'll have bonus disability points and be more of an eye-catching freakshow.
