HOLY FUCK

this is ontop of the figure you mentioned where he has paid $122,112.86, and $24k off the principal

I forgot that the $1822.58 includes property taxes. So that number will fluctuate.

By my Gorilla excel math, his actual mortgage on its own is somewhere between $1270-$1300.

I got $1278.83 exactly to get from $251,700 to $227,974 after 67 payments at 4.625% fixed rate, but that leaves $13,310.86 still due after 360 payments. So I'm off somewhere, but these are all rough figures anyway.

TL;DR - DSP has paid about $85,681.61 in mortgage and about $36.5K in property taxes in 5 1/2 years. So he's still paid over $60K in interest in just 5 1/2 years.

So, Phil will be paying off his house until age 62. Safe to say the 10-year plan is dead. He'll be streaming until retirement age, or more likely his death before that.

If a detractor has bought Phils debt I will die a happy man. You have single handedly made quarantine and lockdown interesting.

Keep this up, this is exceptional.

I don't really care if @nohandsboi is a legit debt buyer or just a troll, he made the call entertaining and let Phil sweat a little so I can appreciate that.
At least he didn't call in just to play soundclips like some other faggots.

I really hope nancy and the creditors would watch his shit an see how much he makes. he already has the vest on had many 100 bitch eers and lot of gifted subs.
that all in less than 1 hour.
he can easily pay his debts. fatfuck.

So where do we go from here? The agents will get their claws into this I take it?

we have 2 reaffirmation hearings(applications?), one for the $50,000 corolla, which is now worth $10,000, and the WAkahndo, they need to be approved by the court, not sure if he has to attend in person, probably not, and not sure of timeline

and a relief from stay filed by midfirst bank, for the CT kahndo foreclosure & deficiency, which he must respond to by 3rd April, and hearing on the 10th April

this shit isn't over yet like he seems to think

if midfirst can get relief, they would need a deficiency judgement for the remaining value of the loan, if successful they can slap a lien on the WAkahndo and demand a payment plan, payment in full, or force him to sell it by court order, that's as far as what I understood being a google lawyer
