If Null ever made a subsection for just articles, then I'd see a point in doing it. Until then, your best bet is to just do a Livejournal / Wordpress. Wikifur / Wikipedia can be edited or removed, otherwise I'd recommend that.

Null tried a lolcow news site but it went even fewer places than the lolcow wiki did. Plus any blog needs writers anyhow. Even then a blog on furry drama is more likely to end up like the Burned Furs shitshow or a personal army blog than even Horse-News or CYD. Too many furries have personal grudges against each other that it simply wouldn't work, and the owner would end up being attacked online by other furries for old shit anyhow. Furries are so militant these days they'll chew you out if you don't cover some big HAPPENING of the day and that's what bit Dogpatch in the ass hard.

As for blog hosting, your best bet would be a self hosted WordPress instance. WordPress and Blogger have become notorious for caving to pressure from people who want things taken down, with the most notorious recent example being Jonathan/Jessica Yaniv's name being edited out by WordPress employees on someone else's blog.

On 8 Nov 2018, the feminist blogger Gallus Mag of Gender Trender outed Jonathan Yaniv's name, followed by a YouTube from Dutch blogger PeachyYogurt and a Mumsnet thread the next week. As a result of this reveal and subsequent misgendering of Yaniv, who was still going by Jonathan at the time, GenderTrender was deleted and banned from Wordpress. In the next 10 days all three references would disappear: YT removed PeachyYogurt's video for TOS, Mumsnet internally pulled the thread, and Wordpress shuttered the GT blog on 16 Nov 2018, covered in the American Conservative on 18 Nov 2018. Wordpress then hand-edited the GT blog owner's explanation published at 4thwavenow.com to remove his name. The original KF thread, started 9 November 2018, remained.

There should be a very critical distinction made here between Wordpress the blogging software and Wordpress the blog host (or Wordpress.com). You can slap a Wordpress instance on literally any webhost in the same manner you can host Xenforo on any web host. Wordpress.com on the other hand is like Blogger, they will host blogs for you but you're at the mercy of their service with regards to what content is acceptable.

The normal flu has never put my dumb ass in the hospital stuffed with IV’s, and I’m drunk pretty much every waking hour.
I can’t wait until they start turning away people like him, who flat out did it to himself, in favor of people who might actually survive COVID.

Okay, now imagine a person who has only vaguely heard of Immelmann from a few years back, say because of the trainwreck that was Concession, coming into the thread and wondering what the big deal was about him. Who he is, what he's done, etc. If someone's going to say "Hey look at this guys" it behooves them to 1. enclose within their post that this is Immelmann and show how they know and 2. give a short rundown on why Immelmann is someone to keep an eye on. Keep in mind that even I had lost track of Immelmann a little while after Concession ended and that Ballerina Mafia comic of his had started simply because I wasn't seeing anything particularly noteworthy being produced anywhere and had thus kind of written him off as a minor sideshow at best. I fully believe Immelmann has solid cow potential but if someone's going to take the initiative and put him on our radar it serves them well to do both of the things I specified above. If it was easy for anyone else to verify Immelmann = Rebecca it was easy for that poster to do so.

Yeah, extensive alcohol abuse can lead to physiological dependence to the point that going cold turkey will fucking kill you. Getting clean at that point is a serious challenge. As for why he hasn't bit the dust already, who the fuck knows. I suggest you call the cops if he comes into your hotel room late at night with black-suited men and questions about the health of your liver.

It just boils down to genetics and luck. Youngest cirrhosis case I ever had was like...20? Somewhere around there. He was in college. Went on a bender and never came back. Also had a 23 year old develop WKS.

Meanwhile you have old homeless people in their 50s and 60s whose diet consists of hand sanitizer and not much else and they're still tickin' along

If Concession was still ongoing Immelmann would probably have a thread already, but at this point he's not really thread worthy.

Fetish art is basically the norm on Fur Affinity, and none of the fetish art he draws is exceptional enough to be noteworthy. Everything that could possibly be said about Concession has been said already. At The Heart of it All may as well not exist with how little anyone cared about it. Ballerina Mafia has been dead since the end of 2014.

The worst thing I can say about The Order of The Black Dog is that he clearly gender swapped Joel, Matt, and Roland and called it a day when he was designing the main characters. What I read of it was okay. I haven't followed it enough to know whether or not it turns into the kind of slow motion train wreck Concession ended up being.

I don't know how he acts in Discord servers and Telegram channels, but I haven't seen him sperg out on Twitter like most cows. Furries trooning out is so common that it's barely worth talking about unless someone like 2 Gryphon or Foxler suddenly said they were a troon, so Immelmann changing his name and going on hormones is practically par for the course.

The only thing he's done recently that maybe makes him barely thread worthy is the diaper comic he's been putting on Fur Affinity. But it's an 8 year old comic from a diaper fetish pay site, and a gag a day strip about adults who wear diapers is like sex in the missionary position for the sake of procreation compared to the horrors I've been unfortunate enough to see on furry websites.

A costume isn't exactly a hazmat suit, it's no safer letting them come in normally. They're risking children's lives during the crisis, how is this approved by medical professionals?

Whenever I see children afflicted by a deadly and agonizing disease, I think that the proper treatment is to have them "entertained" by a shrieking pervert in a costume that reeks of various body fluids masked by an entire can of Febreze.

Why not design a rudimentary fox costume out of paper plates and a coat, grab your old stuffed animal out of storage, and fuck it?
