I watched the "a lot" video, and it's clear to me that he's trying to humiliate Sarah into silence.

The only part I believe was for his own benefit and not targeted at Sarah was his story that he "just really wanted to help Sarah, guys, she wanted Kai so badly, I just felt so bad for her," though even that may have been a jab at her teenage romanticization of Taylor and her rose-colored glasses upon entering Onion's hellhouse.

The alarm noise in this video was a 'Ring doorbell camera' motion sensor notification, then a doorbell notification. The windchime noise (heard in the first few videos as well) is the motion sensor noise and the more obnoxious noise is the doorbell actually being pushed.
 
I'm rewatching all the videos and HOLY SHIT. Greg can't help but call Billie beautiful anytime he talks about her. He's still so cucked, LOL. I mean, I think Billie is pretty too, but c'mon. The only reason they took Billie back so many times is because of how she looked. There was no "deep connection" like Greg and Kai try to claim. They thought she was hot. Period.

(He also talks about not finding Sarah attractive, which makes me sad since I know she's watching these.)
