It's really odd how the bankruptcy documents don't require a breakdown of business expenses, since it leads to people just throwing out a number without any evidence.

My guess is that if a bankruptcy is being performed by a competent individual, the breakdown of expenses would be attached to the filing as some appendix, to save the judge the hassle of wringing the answer out of the debtor in court. Since Dave doesn't give a shit about any of that, he figured just a single, vague number would suffice.

The only "business" expenses I could see are the mortgage and his credit card debts.

Is the court going to ask what he does for a living to warrant $5k per month average of debts? I mean, he obviously is stating he grosses $9k+ per month. Which also brings up how he is only grossing $56k in 2018 and $78k in 2019. Anyone with a calculator would tell you that grosses to over $100k.

I hope it dosent just get passed without any serious questions being thrown out in the courtroom.
It just occurred to me, Phil subtracted everything he pays money for besides his loan and credit card payments from his total income and that's where he came up with these 2018 and 2019 "gross income" numbers.

Take the 2018 and 2019 numbers and add to them the like $50K to $60K annual 'Business Expenses & Operating Costs' and you arrive at what his actual gross income is as has been tracked here.

Is this why Burnell productions snuck up in 2017? So he could legitimately have business expenses to reduce his annual income?

Is it possible that DSP has donated fake tips to himself? I don't see how he could possibly claim 40k in business expenses unless he classified these fake tips as an expense and deducted them from his "revenue".

I wouldn't put it past him to be honest. He sometimes does everything in his power to make himself look good against his detractors. Like these weird pictures he posts of his wife, sitting at the computer just so he can say that they are a happy family.

Phil is insecure as all hell.

The question is do courts just rubber stamp the majority of bankruptcy applications due to the sheer volume of them, or is each one closely scrutinized?
Each creditor will send a representative to his court appearance. Given the amount of his unsecured debt, and the equity in the WAkando... there will be no rubber stamping this one.

He really is the pig that keeps on giving. Undeniably, Phil has kept me entertained but not through his content directly. I refuse to believe Phil is anything but an oversized roach wearing human skin at this point; how will he survive this fallout without a miracle?

I wonder if he's somehow convinced himself he's not lying on this forum? I mean I don't know how else you'd be so ballsy as to submit this thing. Phil, this isn't your sped audience, they're not just going to accept a story and let it slide.

Fake his own death and go into hiding for a few years, everyone hates him, he becomes basically Jaystation when he comes back.

So basically the episode of the Simpsons when Krusty goes down for tax evasion.
I look forward to the auction of his stuff.

how much is he hiding in his paypal account

the only proof of income he has, is whatever he transfers from his own paypal account to his bank account

that doesn't look suspicious your honor

Phil would attempt to fake his death but some bugged fake suicide mechanics would actually cause him to fail the mission.

MUH WHOLE HOUSE IS A BIZNESS EXPENSE, DOOD!

Also wtf is over $300 bucks on "health insurance"? WHAT health insurance? :story:
Personal hygiene must mean his gout powders and decongestant abuse.

Also $600/month on groceries?! lmao
