Why is it listed as a single family home instead of a condo/townhouse. His claim of monthly $350 maintenance = dues will give it away immediately.

I would assume that's what they would need to determine his financial status. They certainly can't take everyone's word for it.

This is called a "home office" and it isn't just what DSP has probably done which is just declare anything he does at home to be "home office" shit. It has to be visibly segregated from the rest of the property and what you have there has to be used solely for business use, not just mixed business and personal use. At least tax-wise if you have a home office you can do things like depreciate the purchase of equipment like electronics (like the electronics DSP claims he doesn't have any of), or even front load the depreciation multiple years in advance.

Not sure what the bankruptcy implications are but he isn't going to be allowed to just hand-wave $5K a month in imaginary expenses to make half his income disappear and qualify for better bankruptcy treatment. That's just such a huge red flag I am amazed a lawyer greenlighted such a ludicrous filing.
 
God damn I’m so happy to finally confirm kats shitty job at Fred Meyer. It should’ve been so fucking obvious with how much he sucked that places dick, like duh of course he would only brag and hype up a place his wife works at. Who marries someone with this much debt like Jesus Christ that dumb lady


Anyway, this is wild, every other hurdle in life was just training, if phil can bullshit his way lying through this he will truly become the ultimate pigroach
 
I really hope he lied to the Lawyer and/or filled this out himself, because if not he better bring Vaseline to the proceedings. I can sense an audit coming from the IRS. If he files taxes like he filed this paperwork then they are going to come knocking with a bigger bill. Talk about playing with fire.

This just fucking goes. Washington's vehicle exemption is $3,250 for a single vehicle. A couple can claim two. Or he can claim the $4,000 federal exemption. But it isn't a Chinese menu and he can't pick one from column A and one from column B. He has to opt for one or the other.

You dumb detractors just don't understand how adults do this. You sign up for a new credit card to pay off the minimum balances on the others, and then the rest of the credit limit on them is like, free money, dood.

DSP's baby was born in July! Only explanation I can think of for his expenses going from 5k to 9k in one month and then back down to 5k
