If they even slightly more attractive very rarely. There are probably some because mental illnesses, homophobia, gay culture and stuff, but generally masculine men are the ones whom most gay men are attracted to and so have such easy time to find quality partners. Not all men and all that but let's face many men are so into getting their dick served that it keeps them from trooning out. I think it is more than that, since a lot of troons can't even recognize their own ugliness. I think despite all the troontalk about biological sex being a social construct, most do fetishize the biological process of "feminization/emasculation," with hormones and surgery. As much as they say they are female even without estrogen or a vaginoplasty, getting those treatments is a core part of the fetish, and so they desperately want them.
They don't just want to be female, they want to become female. The process is the key element, because if they could recognize their own female gender without external affirmation, and really believed a woman could have a penis and be built like a lumberjack, there would be no point in medically transitioning.
It's why so many trannies feel despair after vaginoplasties, they've reached the end of the road, there's nothing to "become" anymore. They've reached the endpoint. For a similar reason I think some troons get angry about having to live as a woman socially, because they are being denied the "fun" part of their fetish.
I didn't realise dogs could have the 1000 yard stare associated with PTSD but here we are.

Late but entirely depends on the individual, prob genetic, aome dependent on your T dose. Some folks clean up, but some seem to have it eternally. From what I've seen irl anecdotally, young people who are in puberty age anyway tend to get it worse and for a much longer period, as to be expected. Also, you can also be prone to shit like back acne like some dudes have permanently.

Porn is not a documentary about your private sex life honey. Porn is a commercial product catering to an overwhelmingly male straight audience who need a quick fix.
