But as far as I am aware this has nothing to do with how much you shove into your coochie or not, but with how well trained your pelvic muscles are. And I think childbirth can also cause it? Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Yeah. Actual procidentia (when your uterus decides to say hi) is fairly rare.
Minor cases are common after giving birth but they can be treated with pelvic floor exercises.

Well, I would say that all troons are mentally ill. Anyone who is caused anxiety due to their basic biology has a mental problem. Now you can start stacking more mental problems on top of their dysphoria illness, like extreme narcissism, which would be the people who genuinely believe they're beautiful women, whist putting very little effort into "passing". I believe the people who are actively lying to themselves are the ones who are more likely to eventually burn out and commit suicide. You cannot keep a lie like that going forever and the gravity of the decision eventually just overwhelms you.

The other thing troons fail to account for is that women's clothing is not made just to have pretty girly designs. It was made to properly fit and look good on women. As in women's bodies. As in cis women's bodies, which no troon will ever have, so all these outfits are ill fitting. Even if they 'fit' like spandex or something there is still the art of how clothes feature bodies or draw the eye. If your body isn't female and you wear clothes designed to express that the body it is on is female you will get reactions because it will all just scream 'wrong' to everybody who sees it. We're pretty attuned to the uncanny valley and all instinct tells us to notice and avoid it.
Sure it's rude to stare, but it's unfair to expect people not to do a double take when you make a spectacle of yourself.

This any many similar comments just show how good transsexuals really have it when thinking about the general population compared to what they invent for themselves. Many people either don't care and see a very very unfortunate women, don't look closely to anyone, but by far the majority of people are just trying to be polite and recognize that they're MtF, but just address them the way they think they want to be addressed. It is both politeness as well as that it's just easier than needing to deal with someone getting angry. The simple fact that all these people have the same comments concerning not being recognized as MtF in the vast majority of cases show how little actual oppression they have to deal with. Fuck, I do it in my regular life as well, either someone makes enough of an attempt at passing that I address them in their chosen gender, as I don't really give a shit, or I do it as it is easier than having to deal with the fallout when they don't try to pass, not only just the angry MtF but also the almost certainty they will complain to someone that needs you to do deal with HR or something.Reddit troon is very upset by someone giving them true and honest feedback on their selfie.

From what I've read on NPD, it's both. They'll go through euphoric periods where they truly believe they are the greatest, but if something happens to go against their ego, they will be sent into a tail-spin of self-doubt and misery...which usually morphs immediately into viscious lash-out anger as ego-protection. That's why so many troons in these threads will cycle through "god I'm sexy and amazing" to "I'm suicidal and the world is terrible" to "wait no I'm great, it's all terfs fault".
