Not to distract from the important journalism that this thread performs, I'll just quickly note that to be fair, not only am I'm even lazier with it than the actual "Violet Hargrave" is with her journalism, most of the posts actually are things the real Jake Alley has said at one time or another, from time to time I will stretch them slightly to turn it into a tell like this:

Nah they had been tweeting before under the other name I posted (alexamckay8). They were ebegging then too, and also active in furry forums

Looks like that account went defunct when they changed their name, but still kept the same PayPal. They had an Amazon wishlist too but unfortunately it was deleted when they became Diane

Doctors who are prepared to perform a surgery like that are one step from modern Mengeles. There is no possible way that that shit is compatible with the principle of "first, do no harm".

It is not the job of doctors to just hand out whatever the patient demands. Your healthcare is not a cafe. It is the job of doctors to not enable you to grossly harm and mutilate yourself.
