One thing I am rather curious about. Do nerves really reattach to pre cut levels? At least in that time frame, and in the way they think. Not sure their bodies would even recognize their chopped up genitals as genitals anymore, let alone as properly functional female ones.

The only case I have seen of nerves going insane then getting better was an issue of swelling. Nothing was cut (not completely anyway) but swelling blocked things for a few days/weeks. I had an injury many years back that resulted in a numb spot, it hasn't changed at all.

I am just very curious, if anybody knows since these people are all convinced they're regaining all sorts of wonderful feelings.

Because of this they now think there is a non sexual reason to tell men about their boobs, when we know it was always sexual. For that level of butchery? Hell no.
When you cut an area, the nerves sort of go into a resting state for four weeks or so. Then they start to regrow, at roughly 1mm per week. Obviously there’s huge variability - a clean slice cleanly stitched up is very different to major tissue trauma. So something like say a mole removal, or a nasty cut, where it’s simple and the nerves just need to regrow you’re looking at a couple of months to six months and then that’s about as good as you’ll get. You may end up with a residual numb patch.
Surgery where they’ve been very careful to reroute or go around nerves again roughly six months to a year for full healing. The longest nerve fibres in the body are a metre plus long so no one really knows how much growth is technically possible,
But after major trauma like SRS? That’s nasty stuff. I’d be very surprised if much pleasurable sensation was left at all. Most of the erectile tissue is removed, the trauma to the whole are is huge. There will be numb areas and a lot of the tissue with nerve endings is just gone. As has been talked about before, the clitoris is a big structure, not an amputated dick end stitched on wherever.

I've had 2 c-sections and it took years before the numbness around the incision went away. It never really returned to pre-surgery levels of sensation. Of course, that's not a big deal because nothing major was involved in that but I can't imagine that these troons will magically heal up in a few months, if ever.

The last time we talked about this I made the point that the healing time on a nipple piercing is like a year + and that's usually a very very tiny hole. While the pseudovag might be 'healthy' enough for general function-ie. Toileting and existing- at six months there's absolutely no way inverting your dick into your body and having it good to go for all the weird and nasty uses troons want to use it for in six months. I don't understand how or why this is being recommended.

Add in that dilation requirement? If you cut a hole into your arm and then stuck your fingers in it everyday for an hour to 'keep it open' that shit'll still be angry and raw and not well healed in six months.
