This sounds like somebody trying to emulate the dialogue in a manga or something. As in, just working off of text with zero sense of voice direction. One of the big clues is him trying to emulate a nervous stammer. When people stammer, it isn't a hard stop, but you can't properly convey a stammer through text. I wouldn't be surprised if he's reading off some roleplaying he did over Twitter or something. The writing's certainly the right quality for it.

Another thing is that his voice both scratches and cracks in his recording, which doesn't sound good in general, but also doesn't typically happen to an actual woman's voice. But even if you weren't trying to sound like a woman, you'd do a retake if your voice did that. It's nothing but lazy, lazy, lazy.
