Why are most AGPs white? You see black/Latino/Asian troons, but they’re HSTS. There’s plenty of guys from those races who are dorky and love anime so you’d think there’d be more.

Do troons do any research before signing up for these surgeries? Yes, I've spent a lot of time, over the years, on troon twatter & YouTube as well as their blogs and forums and have seen plenty of troons crudely saying that they're not getting a "vag" because, according to them, "a penis is a female sexual organ too" therefore they feel they don't need to bother with bottom surgery. That's why they refer to their penis as a "lady dick" or, more creepily, "girl dick."

Other troons, usually AGPs, want their dick removed and a faux vulva created which they believe to be exactly the same as an actual functioning vagina despite being nothing remotely like an actual vagina.

Not all troons are the same in their thinking, but they are all mentally ill misogynists. We can agree on that.
 
I remember reading about Remilia's surgery on the LoL subreddit shortly after his debut in the main competitive stage, some users researched about the surgeon, apparently he is known as the "Butcher of Bangkok". Remilia found this surgeon himself, knew about his reputation and creepy-as-all-hell nickname, yet chose to follow through with it anyway. The comments were deleted and I think at least one of those users complained about getting shadowbanned, so apparently troons can't be held accountable for their own stupid decisions at all.

Been ghosting the thread for a little bit now and i have a few questions id like to bring up and see if anyone has good answers
  1. If gender is nothing more than concept then why have GRS, worry about pronouns and care if you're born a girl or a boy why use any descriptive terms beside "human"
  2. Who are the doctors and psychologist that are evaluating these people, if the suicide rate is 41% and the medical community doesn't honestly know what happens with these neovaginas why are they doing what essentially equates to malpractice and mutilation on a person who clearly is not well off mentally is this the best we can do for people who need help
  3. You have to wounder how long someone can keep up a lie these people are not well and cant care for themselves, the medical field has failed them at every level they'er receiving irreversible surgery's and killing themselves, no one wants to date them meaning they have no hopes of normal healthy relationships and every part of society seems to support them only for monetary gain or simply to satisfy a fetish of their own
  4. TL;DR is there anyway for these people to receive meaningful help or are they just fucked

Once they’re fully ensconced in the cult, the only person who can get them out of that is themselves.

I do believe it can be possible to help ‘prodromal’ troons, eg, the ones who post on places like asktransgender wondering if they’re trans, by treating their underlying anxiety/autism/lack of social cues/obesity.

I would recommend visiting r/TGandSissyRecovery and see how men are trying to de-AGP themselves.

1: As you point out this gender ideology is internally inconsistent. When people say the trans community is a cult, that's part of the reason why.

2: These are forbidden questions. Why does 14% (more like 7%) of the U.S. population do 50% of the murders? You can't ask these things unless you're going to allow for massive blame-shifting.

3:If there is any justice in the world in a decade or two we'll see a mass awakening and turn the clock back on this gender shit. There isn't, so we'll just be digging mass graves for these people at some point while other people screech about mis-gendering being the cause of all of it.

1 - The 41% figure is made up. Its purpose is to bully people into guilt.
