He's sat on his ass and done nothing. Apparently so has she so neither of them look particularly great, but the status quo isn't changing until a court does it and as it is, she has physical custody and the right to it. It is not "kidnapping." It would actually be kidnapping if he attempted to interfere with it.
 
He goes on about his daughter but I don't believe for a second that he wants to be the primary caregiver of that child, nor is he capable.

Help help I need money for legal fees.
I am making ten thousand dollars a month, I don't have money for a lawyer. There is only enough money in the budget for pies that cost $50. I'm currently making only enough money for 100 pies, if I don't get money soon I won't be able to have a pie every day.

I am pretty sure that he is getting paid to advertise it. He probably never orders from there because he would have to cut into the wine and pills budget if he did.
