It is creepy because troons juxtapose the word "girl" with overtly sexualized looks and slutty behavior. And they rarely stops at "girl" either, they have to add age-inappropriate dress, age-inappropriate self-descriptions ("cute"), and age-inappropriate activities (e.g. slumber parties).
