A 14-year-old student in Hamilton County, Florida, was hospitalized after being brutally attacked by multiple classmates on the schoolbus for wearing a Trump hat to school.
The family of the student, who has not been publicly identified, has now hired a lawyer and released a video of the attack.

Earlier in the day, the student also had milk poured over his head.
“I am sitting in the hospital with my 14 year old kid because he was just jumped by 8 black kids on the school bus, I guess that’s what happens when a kid wears a #Trump hat to school. And who’s the violent ones again? Earlier today they poured milk all over his head,” the parent, who uses the Twitter handle “American Diaries,” tweeted.

On November 21, one of the parents of the child posted on Twitter that they were in the hospital with their son following the incident.

On Thursday, they tweeted a video of the attack and the name of the lawyer who will be representing their family.

The Gateway Pundit has reached out to the family and their lawyer and will update this story as more information becomes available.

Will Trump do anything about this further unprovoked attack on one of his gullible supporters?

Hahah, I know, I know, I kill myself sometimes.

Oh no, don’t get me wrong, the video shows niggers being niggers. I’m just laughing at the twitter accounts.
I'm OK with with white people winning the ghetto lotto for a change although I'd drop that ambulance chaser, G Suite/cheap domains are a thing.

Just to be really real and honest with you guys about my thoughts when it comes to our darker colored friends.

I don't like the thought of blacks being inferior to whites, it's depressing and unpleasant.

But at the end of the day there's no excuse for bad behavior, people can either rise to the occasion and be decent, law abiding citizens or they can suffer the consequences, it's nobody else's responsibility but the individual.

But shit, I am of course a rational person so I can't help but ask the question "what if?"

There's also the fact that pragmatically whatever the truth is there's increasingly nothing to gain from defending anti-racism, the side of anti-racism is increasingly the side of enabling this type of behavior and anti-white bigotry, we can't have that no matter what.

I meet a lot of black Africans (I'm in NYC of course I do) and they would be the first to agree with you and me. They aren't looking for gibs and most of them work hard at what they do, be it driving taxis or at being doctors. Compared to black Americans they're more likely to be employed and stable. Part it may be I studied African politics for my major so when they tell me they're from the Côte d’Ivoire I know where it is (and how skeevy the French are) so there's some common ground.

Don't walk in Harlem wearing a Klan hood.
If you're going to be an edgy faggot and wear a stupid hat next to some easily provoked apes, be ready to reap what you sow.

Freedom of speech, not freedom from consequences.

Didn't bother watching the video, but allegedly at the time the video was made he wasn't wearing the hat. Conveniently.

Still, uh, you know how young women shouldn't wander alone at night because rapists? I'm not saying that if she got raped she deserved it, but... have some awareness of your surroundings. That's my two-cents.

i'll take those autistic and dumb ratings, thanks. gets a little old watching people jerk each other off about how much they hate niggers all the time.

uh we don't know if he was not smirking WHILE also wearing the MAGA hat. If this was the case then he should not only get beaten, but also have his life totally destroyed. We all know that smirking in MAGA hat is a major offence against humanity

Looks like our little MAGA redpilled boy couldn't handle getting hit by a girl, what a fag. Is this the power of trad conservatism?

He's a fatty who's probably never gotten into a fight in his life. If he was someone who knew how to defend himself, this either wouldn't have happened, Shaniqua would call in a "mob of youths" or it would be headline news on MSNBC for a week.

Do you understand what the phrase, in english, "freedom of speech" means? Because I don't think you, or anyone who's ever used this line, does.

I realize that freedom of speech is related moreso to civilians' ability to criticise the government without the government coming down on them.

Still, it seems in the general sense that "freedom of speech" also applies to what people say or express publicly, even if that isn't the intention behind the first amendment.

You're conflating freedom of speech with the first amendment of the United States Constitution.

The first amendment literally explains itself so I'll spare you the contents of it since it's a google search away and it'd probably come off as douchey anyway.

The concept of freedom of speech is that you have the right, as a human being, to express thoughts of whatever variety you have without fear of reprisal. Which would indeed mean yes, freedom from consequences.

The degree to which people are willing to impose upon that right change from place to place, and depends on the local culture and the majority opinion of that location's populace, but that doesn't necessarily change the concept itself.

In this day and age, unfortunately there are consequences for "free speech or expression".

I mean I get the concept, and in an ideal world people could say whatever they want without reprisal. Sadly this is not an ideal world and people don't necessarily react rationally when they feel they are being attacked or insulted or what-have-you.

Okay, but that phrase "freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences", in particular, is incorrect.

That's all I was pointing out. It literally does mean freedom from consequences, it's the whole point of it.

Well I mean yeah, technically you're correct, which is the best kind of correct.

Though I'd argue that the phrase "freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences" is becoming more popular. Well, on the left anyway.

Weirdness of the kid even possessing a Trump hat and deciding it would be a fantastic idea to wear it to school aside, it's clear that the black girl who sent the fists flying first clearly hasn't been taught a lick of self-control. No discipline to her emotions, or her fighting stance. Her parents should be ashamed.
her mom is likely proud of her daughter and has no father in the home. Girl likely learned to fight watching her mom fight other random women over a man (who is probably boyfriend #13911112754 and also not the father).

Cutting off balls or tits and gorging on hormones of the opposite sex is also popular with the left.

He almost certainly called the girl the N word or something simmilar, maybe our little MAGA boy should have kept his edgy humor on fort nite where it belongs.

Anyway, I'm hoping the parents press charges on the kid's assailants.

Maybe we might get lucky and the thugs will be convicted
