Reading how this person defines the "tucute" thing just leaves me feeling more confused about what it actually is.

They basically think that dysphoria being a diagnosed disorder makes it oppressive? Is that right?

How does that even work?

It's simple my friend; they want the label of "Trans" to be applicable to them to get pity and asskissing on Tumblr. However, they do not fit the medical definition of "trans-" since they often feel just fine in their bioorganic meatshell as it is, and they either know it or do not want to believe it. They also don't want to go to a therapist because they know that they'd not rate as "trans-" therefore they sperg at actual Transfolk and the doctors for "gatekeeping". This has basically given them more oppression points as per the Jaima Scale of Oppression, which means they get more asskisses and pity.

tl;dr/clarified: Munchausen by Internet meets reality. Reality slaps their shit. They sob into butter at the meanies that don't kowtow to their fucktardation.

The fusion thing is referring to something in the show Steven Universe (which is a really cute/good cartoon btw) where some of the characters can fuse together and assume different, more powerful forms. Not sure how the cat shit factors into it though.

That's also where the trans*gem*der pun originates because said characters are referred to as Crystal Gems.

If Kat watched the show all the way through, she'd know that Sayaka could not possibly be transgender due to the nature of being a magical girl. I am pretty sure they need to be biologically female.

Granted, I'd be down with a transgender magical girl in an anime, but why would you want it in Madoka, of all animes?

Oh, man I was actually considering making a thread about this interesting character of Tumblr history, but someone beat me to it.

The obsession with making Sayaka trans is some hardcore projection, even though there's nothing in Madoka that even slightly hints she's anything but a cis girl. Sayaka is a pretty good example of everything IDCP isn't though. Brave, means well, self-sacrificing, genuinely wants to help others...

Though one thing I've always wondered is if she's really trans at all. It's hard for me to believe that any genuinely dysphoric trans woman would spend ALL their time picking on other trans people and making their own gender a massive clusterfuck. Especially since she says dysphoria doesn't real. And there are people on Tumblr that do the "I'm a trans woman stuck in a female body!" thing. Her selfie also doesn't look very masculine, either. Just like your average fat girl. But then again, even trans people can be assholes, and she may have been on HRT for a while.

Truly trans or not, she's an idiot either way.
